    I also wanted to share with you this cookbook that I've had for years that I love. I don't know if it's still available or not (here it is on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Pillsbury-Healthy-Cookbook-Recipes-Every/dp/0609600850), but it is great. Everything I've made from it is really delicious, fast, and healthy, and it's even pretty easy for veggies like me to substitute accordingly.

  5. OK, so here we go, here is my status...I am starting out @ 278lbs, size 22/2xl shirts, size 26/3xl bottoms, walking 1.5 mile in approx. 45 minutes.I'm setting 3 month and 6 month goals.
    3 month goal: Aug 24,2010=258lbs=2xl, walking 3 miles @ least 3 times a week.
    6 month goal: Nov 24, 2010=238lbs=1xl, walking 5 miles @ least 3 times a week.
    LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN!
    Oh and Kendra, I've decided that today, before we walk, we will be taking pics of each other to post as a "check point"
